Total Race Solutions, a Knoxville, TN based race timing and management company needs to recruit a candidate for a timer position and data entry clerk. Our volume of business has reached the level that we need additional resources.
Total Race Solutions currently times around forty events in the southeastern United States between March 1st and mid December. We have been utilizing RFID technology to time running events since 2006.
Requirements for both positions include a working knowledge of Windows based operating systems, an interest in and a knowledge of running events, an ability to stay focused in stressful situations, and the availability to travel on the weekend.
We will train the successful timing candidate on all aspects of our business to include: data entry, setting up online registration, defining and setting up the required equipment for each event, setting up and operating our scoring software, and producing and publishing results in an accurate and timely manner. We will train the successful data entry clerk in our procedures for registering participants online and processing registered participants.
