Cedar Bluff Baptist Church is over 100 years old. The church is currently building a new sanctuary to accommodate the growth and future of the church. All proceeds for this road race will go towards the church’s building program
Second Annual Solid Rock 10K/5K/1-Mile Fun Run
Date: Saturday, March 10, 2018
Time: 10K Start: 7:45 AM; 5K Start: 8:00 AM and 1-Mile Fun Run Start: 8:15 AM
Place: Race begins and ends at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church. 9215 Floyd Lane Knoxville, TN 37923.
Course: The course will start and end in the parking lot of Cedar Bluff Baptist Church. The course will take runners/walkers on Cedar Bluff Road, through Gulf Park Neighborhood to Sanders Road, down Sanders Road to Dutchtown Road. 10K runners will turn right onto Dutchtown Road and go to Century Park Complex and turn around and run back down Dutchtown Road to the church’s parking lot. 5K runners will turn right onto Dutchtown Road and run about a quarter of a mile down the road and turn around and run back down Dutchtown Road to the church’s parking lot. 1-Mile Fun Run runners/walkers will start and end at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church. The course will take the runners/walkers left out of the church’s parking lot onto Dutchtown Road. The runners/walkers will go a ½ mile and turn around and come back down Dutchtown Road to the church’s parking lot
Pre-entry fee for participants 12 and over: 10K: $25.00 until February 9, 2018; $30.00 from February 10, 2018 – March 9, 2018 5K: $20.00 until February 9, 2018; $25.00 from February 10, 2018 – March 9, 2018 1-Mile Fun Run: $20.00 until February 9, 2018; $25.00 from February 10, 2018 – March 9, 2018.
Pre-entry fee for participants 11 and under: 10K: $15.00 until February 9, 2018; $20.00 from February 10, 2018 – March 9, 2018 5K: $10.00 until February 9, 2018; $15.00 from February 10, 2018 – March 9, 2018 1-Mile Fun Run: $10.00 until February 9, 2018; $15.00 from February 10, 2018 – March 9, 2018.
Race-day fee for participants 12 and over: 10K: $35.00; 5K: $30.00; 1-Mile Fun Run: $30.00
Race-day fee for participants 11 and under: 10K: $25.00; 5K: $20.00; 1-Mile Fun Run: $20.00
Packet pick up will be at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church on Friday, March 9, 2018 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM and from 6:30 - 7:30 AM on March 10,2018 (race day) at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church.
