Description:
Course Description: Courses take runners through the beautiful Westmoreland area starting & finishing on the Sacred Heart campus (711 S. Northshore Dr. Knoxville, TN 37919). USATF certification pending.
Race day activities 1:30 – 2:30 race day registration & final packet pickup. 3:00 pm race start, course closes at 5:00 pm. Post-race cookout & awards at the Sacred Heart pavilion.
The Heart & Sole 5k is a member race of the Run and See Tennessee Grand Prix, for details, go to www.tngrandprix.com.
Awards: Male & female awards to: top 3 overall, top masters, grand masters, veterans, Clydesdale & Athena. Adult M&F 5-year age groups (15yrs & up), youth M&F (0-6yrs, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14). All 1-mile participants receive finisher’s ribbon. Results:
